My Career Journey
Balancing both academic and professional responsibilities has accelerated my growth. It allows me to put theory into practice, understand real-world project workflows, and refine my design and development skills daily. It has also taught me the value of discipline, time management, and continuous learning - all of which are essential traits in the tech industry.
Serving as Chief Technology Officer has significantly shaped my leadership capabilities and decision-making skills. Leading the tech direction of a growing company has taught me how to manage teams, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure that every project aligns with both technical standards and business goals.
My Vision
Looking ahead, I aim to grow into a full-stack developer and tech entrepreneur who not only builds innovative digital solutions but also mentors and empowers others in tech - especially young women pursuing STEM careers in Kenya and beyond.
"Technology is most powerful when it's used to empower others and create opportunities."
