Hustle Mtaani is a service marketplace that connects clients with local service providers for home services, chef services, househelp services, cleaning, and related tasks. Hustle Mtaani uses two types of location data:
When a client requests a service, the app collects the client’s real-time pinned location so the selected provider can reach the client and provide accurate service delivery. This pinned location is shared only with the selected provider and is not made public.
We collect your current location to show your position on the map, surface nearby providers and services, and improve suggestions. This location is used inside the app and is not shared externally unless required for a service request.
Users may upload photos (for service requests) and post reviews or ratings. These are used only for the service you requested and for improving the platform.
We collect analytics, crash reports, and interaction logs to improve performance and stability. Device identifiers and non-personal metadata may also be collected.
